Description

The Sony WH-1000XM6 in Sandstone pairs a foldable over-ear design with adaptive noise cancellation driven by the QN3 processor and a 12-microphone system. Its 30mm drivers are tuned with mastering engineers, while six-microphone beamforming supports voice calls. Bluetooth 5.3 offers multipoint pairing and supported high-resolution LDAC playback; compatible devices can use LE Audio features. With noise cancellation enabled, Sony rates music playback at up to 30 hours, rising to 40 hours with it disabled. Actual runtime depends on codec, volume and settings. The Sony | Sound Connect app provides supported equaliser, ambient sound and control options. This European standard package includes a magnetic-closure carrying case, USB charging cable and wired audio cable. A USB power adapter is sold separately. Some app and spatial-audio features require compatible devices, software and services.
