BOOX Go 10.3 (Gen II) is een witte monochrome ePaper tablet voor het lezen, handschrift en documentwerk. Het 10.3 inch 2480 × 1860 scherm biedt 300ppi detail zonder ingebouwd voorlicht. Android 15, een octa-core processor, 4GB RAM en 64GB opslag ondersteuning compatibele apps en bestanden. De meegeleverde InkSense Plus stylus ondersteunt 4,096 drukniveaus. Deze lijst volgt op de EU Tan Magnetic Case versie, configuratie Go10.3-2seteuT, met een tan cover; het is onderscheiden van het donkerder Lumi model met verlichting vooraan.
